It took me a while, but I lost 5 pounds of lockdown weight gain. We've been doing yoga and eight minute abs all this time and I spent so much time belly dance, so I was still fit just a little bit bigger.

Just so you could see how it looks from my house. (Of course the messy part is on the counter). But this is what we do see we say hello in the morning 8 o'clock then we do 15 to 25 minutes of yoga which you can adjust for your own level and preference. As you can see, nobody is watching me and I'm not watching anyone. We say hello for about 30 seconds and turn the camera off.!! well I turned the camera off some people keep it on, but my zoom is adjusted so I don't see anyone.

If you want to stretch and build some strength, yoga is fantastic. I usually do her videos and Rodney Yee because they have a nature in the background and really nice voices and sometimes flute, musical, other relaxing music. They are also top teachers, but I don't like to see somebody cooped up in the four walls. And people's voices can really have a beautiful effect on you with this BoHo beautiful lady has incredible voice. She's a great athlete as well. From now on, I always have the link in the description cause I'm trying to get more people on my program..

The reason I made this program so that I wake up every day at 7:30 and do abs then do a little stretching at 8. It my day help me make a few friends and keeps me physically strong.

Seriously, I could be texting during the whole abs sometimes, I can do it in my sleep!! But it's still fantastic results.

It's the best habit that I ever created for myself. Everyone is welcome to join what your goals are. We have six-abs Andy and other people who come for the good times!
